Nothing is more remarkable for Priest players than having access to some of the future DLC skills in the early game. We can combine these new runes in-game to create a new Priest Build, with a total of 24 runes available so far. This opens up endless possibilities and promises an exhilarating experience.

WoW SoD Phase 2 Priest Runes - Engrave Belt - Empowered Renew rune

Rune Location: Farm Grimtotems in Thousand Needles to gain Empowered Renew Rune.
Update 14Feb, 2024: Fixed a bug that made it possible for a Priest to place two copies of Renew on a target.

WoW SoD Phase 2 Priest Runes - Engrave Belt - Mind Spike rune

Rune Effect: Blasts the target for [111 * (9.456667 + 0.635108 * Level + 0.039063 * Level * Level) / 100] to [129 * (9.456667 + 0.635108 * Level + 0.039063 * Level * Level) / 100] Shadowfrost damage, and increases the critical strike chance of your next Mind Blast on the target by 30%, stacking up to 3 times.
Rune Location: To start in Desolace, head to the Extinguished Campfire northwest of the Kodo Graveyard (47, 54). Once there, please pick up the quest and head to Kormek's Hut (63, 39) to turn it into Bibbly F'utzbuckle. Bibbly will give you the next quest, On the Lam. To continue the quest, travel to Booty Bay and go to the inn. Speak to Tokal to turn in On the Lam and pick up Cherry for Your Thoughts. Buy Cherry Grog and give it to her. She will then give you the next quest, “No Honor Among Thieves”. Next, head to the bridge between Arathi Highlands and the Wetlands and find the Rowboat around (53, 91) on the Arathi Highlands map. Interact with the boat to be teleported to the eastern shore. Find Illari Duskfeather and speak with her. You must defeat her in a fight to obtain Illari's Key, which unlocks a nearby chest containing the Mind Spike Rune. Night Elves have a peaceful dialogue option to obtain Illari's Key instead of fighting her.
Update 14Feb, 2024: Each Priest now correctly creates their own separate stack of Mind Spike effects on the target, and consumes only their own stack.

Rune Effect: You disperse into pure Shadow energy, reducing all damage taken by 90%. You are unable to attack or cast spells, but you regenerate 6% mana every 1 sec for 6 sec. Dispersion can be cast while stunned, feared or silenced and clears all snare and movement impairing effects when cast, and makes you immune to them while dispersed.
Rune Location: To complete this task, you will

need a Rogue

 who possesses the

Master of Subtlety Rune

 and has obtained

Jani's Charm

. Using the charm, the Rogue must

Pickpocket a Bloodscalp Scavenger

around the coordinates (33,14) in Stranglethorn Vale. This will yield a

Mysterious Troll Scroll

. Next, a Mage will be required to use a

Comprehension Charm

Deciphered Troll Scroll

. The scroll reads, "When Zul'Kund's fountain runs with the waters of the holy spring, the gods grant their blessing."
To obtain the

, travel to the southern part of Stranglethorn Vale, to the

Naga area

 where

Lord Sakrasis

can spawn. The Holy Spring Water can be found in the Holy Spring at coordinates (28.9, 62.0). With two active Meditation Buffs running, take the Deciphered Troll Scroll to the

Ruins of Zul'Kunda

in Stranglethorn Vale. Head to the area where Gan'zulah spawns (23.6, 8.2) and use the Holy Spring Water next to the fountain behind him to make it interactive. Loot the fountain to obtain the Dispersion Rune.

Once you have it, equip the Sigil or team up with another player who has it equipped. You will then need to use the Sigil to Reveal Dark Rider and hunt down 7 Dark Rider Elites. Killing the Elites while having the Sigil equipped will reward you with different Dalaran Relics. Keep your eyes open for the Dark Presence buff, which indicates that a Dark Rider Elite is nearby.
The Dark Riders can be found at different locations across the following areas: Deadwind Pass (43, 29), Duskwood (23, 47), Swamp of Sorrows (69, 28), Arathi Highlands (60, 40), Badlands (58, 54), The Barrens (52, 36), and Desolace (65, 25). Priest have always been one of the best healing classes in World of Warcraft. They heal and defend their companions. Healing and support are undoubtedly the main responsibilities of a priest. Additionally, they possess crucial crowd control abilities against the undead. Moreover, their shadow powers should not be underestimated; a priest specialized in shadow magic can inflict significant damage if appropriately wielded. It's not just about how to play the game — a fascinating aspect of a class is when players delve deep into understanding its characteristics and eventually master all its maneuvers!
