Every Mage Rune&Location in WoW Season of Discovery

Effect: Increases your spell critical strike chance with all spells by 15%, but your non-periodic spell critical strikes now have an additional mana cost of 1% of your base mana.

Locations: Gnome: Drops in Dun Morogh from Frozen Trogg (69,58). You must use fire spells to attack Frozen Trogg. Human: Frozen Murloc Drops in Elwynn Forest (77,52). You must use fire spells to attack the frozen Murloc. Troll: In Durotar, a Frozen Makrura in a Hut can be found east of Razor Hill (58.6 / 45.6). Spells of fire are needed to melt the ice. Drops from Frozen Murloc in Tirisfal including Undead (66 | 40). You must use fire spells to attack the frozen Murloc.

Effect: You deal 10% more damage while you have more than 70% mana. While below 30% mana 10% of your mana regeneration continues while casting.

Locations: Gnomes and humans can find Elwynn Forest creatures with the debuff "Wild Polymorph." Apply Polymorph Polymorph to them, then take the treasure for Azora Apprentice. The rune will be yours after six attempts. Troll, Undead: Six melons were cast with Polymorph Polymorph at Solliden Farmstead in Tirisfal.

Effect: Gives your Chill effects a 15% chance to grant you the Fingers of Frost effect, which treats your next 2 spells cast as if the target were Frozen. Lasts 15 sec.

Locations: Human: In Elwynn Forest, drops from Hogger. Troll: Drops in Durotar's Echo Isles from Zalazane (67, 88). Gnome: Drops from elite mobs such as Great Father Arctikus, Timber, and Fyodi in the extreme west of Dun Morogh (31,37). Drops from Gillgar in Tirisfal, the Undead (26,48). 

Effect: Heals the target for (*42/100*3) health over 3 sec and applies Temporal Beacon for 30 sec.

Temporal Beacon Records the subject's space-time position. 80% of all Arcane damage done by the caster will be converted to chronomantic healing on each of the caster's current Temporal Beacon targets. This healing is reduced by 50% on self.

Locations: Undead: Drops from Dalaran Apprentice enemies in Silverpine Forest. Gnome: Can be found in a hut on the northern island in Loch Modan. Human: Drops from Defias Pillager enemies in Westfall. Troll: In Kolkar's Booty chest in The Barrens (44.3,37.7).

Effect: Blasts the target with energy, dealing (*453/100) to (*527/100) Arcane damage. Each time you cast Arcane Blast, the damage and healing of all other Arcane spells is increased by 15% and mana cost of Arcane Blast is increased by 175%. Effect stacks up to 4 times and lasts 6 sec or until any other Arcane damage or healing spell is cast.

Locations: This step is optional. Naga Manuscript Naga Manuscript just gives you a clue on how to proceed.

You have to find three crystals along the Zoram Strand. Cast Arcane Explosion Arcane Explosion on each of the crystals in the following order within 30 minutes: South Crystal (13,25), Middle Crystal (13,20), North Crystal (13,16), then you get Arcane Blast Runes

Effect: Deals (*55/100) to (*65/100) Frost damage to an enemy target. Causes triple damage against Frozen targets.

Locations: Human: Quest QuestSpell Research drops from Defias bandits. Gnome: Quest QuestSpell Research from Marryk Nurribit in Dun Morogh (29,66). Troll: Quest QuestSpell Research from Mai'ah in Durotar (42.6,69.0). Undead: Quest QuestSpell Research from Isabella in Tirisfal (31,66).

Effect: The target becomes a Living Bomb, taking (* 85/100*4) Fire damage over 12 sec. After 12 sec or when the spell is dispelled, the target explodes dealing (*171/100) Fire damage to all enemies within 10 yards.

Locations: Human,Gnome: Kill Harvest mobs in Westfall to receive Spare Reaper Parts. Kill Dust Devils in Westfall to get Elemental Core. Combine Spare Reaper Parts and Core Elemental Core into Prototype Engine. Use Prototype Engine at Harvest Reaper Prototype in Westfall, e.g. at (51,19), (52,33) or (36,52). Kill Harvest Reaper Prototype to get Living Bomb. Troll,Undead: Kill Rot Hide Brute on Fenris Isle in Silverpine Forest until you receive A Talking Head. A Talking Head starts the quest QuestResting in Pieces.

Interact with the grave at (67,24). You receive the follow-up quest QuestThe Hidden Niche. Go up the tower on the left side of the island and interact with the dusty shelf. You receive the follow-up quest Quest Wand to Bethor. Complete QuestWand to Bethor to get Living Bomb.

Effect: Your current target with your Temporal Beacon instantly heals all damage taken over the last 5 seconds. Ineffective on targets that did not have a Temporal Beacon 5 seconds ago.

Locations: Go to Ratchet in the Barrens and talk to Grizzby in the Inn. For his quests, you have to collect the following materials: 24x Fish Oil(Murlocs and Naga from e.g. Hillsbrad Foothills). 20x Dark Iron Ordinance (drops from Dark Iron Dwarfs in Wetlands). 16x Shredder Turbocharger(Crafted by Engineering. Recipe is a drop from Sneed in Deadmines). If you can't see the quest, your character level is too low. the quest should be available at level 20.

Effect: Unleash all of your remaining mana in a surge of energy focused at the target dealing (*226/100) to (*264/100) Arcane damage, increased by up to 300% based on your mana remaining. Afterward, your normal mana regeneration is activated and increased by 300% for 8 sec.

Locations: Alliance: Can be purchased from the Azeroth Commerce Authority faction for 4 Gold 50 Silver once Honored has been achieved. Horde: Can be purchased from the Durotar Supply and Logistics faction for 4 Gold 50 Silver once Honored has been achieved.

Effect: Hastens your spellcasting, increasing spell casting speed by 20% and reduces the pushback suffered from damaging attacks while casting by 100%. Lasts 20 sec.

Locations: Alliance and Horde: Collect 10 different books scattered throughout the world.

Locations: Gnome: Kill Frostmane Shadowcaster and Frostmane Seer in Dun Morogh. Undead: Kill Scarlet Warrior in Tirisfal. Human: Kill Kobold Geomancer in and around the Jasperlode Mine in Elwynn Forest. Troll: Kill [3197] in Durotar in the far north around (53,9) or around (42,27).

Locations: Go to the Raven Hill Cemetery in Duskwood. Enter the right crypt (24,35) and go left. On the right side of the room, you will find a container from which you can loot Decrepit Phylactery Decrepit Phylactery. Enter the left crypt (16,38) and go right. Use Decrepit Phylactery Decrepit Phylactery on the skeleton lying on an altar. Awakened Lich spawns. Defeat Awakened Lich to get Mass Regeneration Rune.
