Rune Engraving is a new system in Wow Season of Discovery that allows players to use skills added in future DLCs. It brings a lot of excitement and changes to the gameplay of WoW Classic Vanilla.

Nothing is more remarkable for Druid players than having access to some of the future DLC skills in the early game. We can combine these new runes in-game to create a new Druid Build, with a total of 24 runes available so far. This opens up endless possibilities and promises an exhilarating experience.

WoW SoD Phase 3 Druid Runes - Engrave Bracer - Efflorescence

Rune Effect: Your Swiftmend now also causes Efflorescence, healing all party members within 15 yards of the Swiftmend target's location for 108.698 every 1 sec for 15 sec.

Rune Location: At level 45, head to a tower in Feralas at coordinates (57, 68). Accept the quest from [Theresius] at (57.2, 69.0). This quest requires you to prove your worth to the spirits in Feralas, Azshara, and the Hinterlands.

Feralas - [Tree of Life Avatar] (coordinates 58, 52)

Go to the temple in Feralas and click on it. This will give you a buff "Watcher's Duty." Find the Gordunni Warlocks to the south, around coordinates 61.8, 55.6. They will cast [Shrink] on you, remove this debuff. Head east to the Ruins of Isildien, around coordinates 75, 62. Let the "Zukk'ash Wasps" poison you, then cleanse the poison. After completing these steps, you will receive the [Mark of the Watcher] buff. Return to the temple and defeat the guardian. Although it is a level 50 elite, the fight is not difficult.

Azshara - [Hippogryph Avatar] (coordinates 34, 49)

Go to the temple in Azshara and find the white stag [Spirit of Azuregos] at coordinates 43, 30. It will drop [Sacred Stag Heart]. Note: This creature is immune to spells and must be attacked in melee form. Offer the heart at the temple. This will summon the [Hippogryph Avatar], and the Azshara guardian will appear to have a brief conversation with you.

The Hinterlands - [Owlbeast Avatar] (coordinates 66, 53)

Go to the Moon Temple on the mountain top. Clicking it will prompt "Calm Before the Storm." This is a clue to cast [Tranquility], followed by [Hurricane]. This will summon an elite owlbeast, the Hinterlands guardian. Defeat it.

Completing this quest will reward you with the rune and [Seed of Rebirth].

WoW SoD Phase 3 Druid Runes - Engrave Bracer - Elune's Fires

Rune Effect: Some of your spells and abilities extend the duration of your damage and healing over time effects on their target: Starfire extends Moonfire by 6 sec.

Wrath extends Sunfire by 3 sec. Regrowth extends Rejuvenation by 6 sec. Shred extends Rip by 2 sec. Each effect can only be extended up to its initial duration.

Rune Location: Go to Azshara and pick up a Traveler's Backpack inside the temple located at coordinates 20, 62. Read the journal of Kaldorei inside the backpack.

Around the temple, you will find Satyrgrass plants. Pick up two of them to collect [Satyrgrass Sample], then use the mortar and pestle to grind [Satyrgrass Tincture].

Find a glowing green hippogryph affected by the [Satyr Corruption] debuff. Use [Skill: Hibernate] on it, then use the Satyrgrass Tincture to remove the debuff.

WoW SoD Phase 3 Druid Runes - Engrave Bracer - Improved Frenzied Regeneration

Rune Effect: Your Frenzied Regeneration can now be used in all forms or while not shapeshifted. It now converts your active resource into health every second for 10 sec. Up to 10 Rage, 10 Energy, or 5% base Mana is converted per second into up to 10% health.

Rune Location: From the Emerald Sanctuary in Felwood, accept the quest from the [Shadowfang Messenger]. This initial quest cannot be shared; each person must accept it individually.

Go to the Hinterlands and kill elite trolls in Jintha'Alor to obtain the [Wild Whispers Elixir].

Head to Razorfen Downs and clear the area around "Amnennar the Coldbringer". Drink the Wild Whispers Elixir to summon the [Spirit of Agamaggan].

Speak with him to receive a quest and the [Howl of Agamaggan]. Only one player needs to drink the elixir to summon him.

You need to kill specific monsters in three different dungeons to summon a type of ghost monster. When you trigger it, you will receive a chat message: "You feel the presence of a shadow." Use the Howl of Agamaggan near the ghost monster, which will make a level 52 elite ancient tree hostile. Each ancient tree drops 1 [Wilderness Offering]:

Zul'Farrak:

Clear Gaz'rilla and spawn a ghostly spider to summon the [Frenzied Ancient].

Maraudon:

Clear the Princess Theradras area and spawn a ghostly raptor in the water to summon the [Frenzied Ancient].

Blackrock Depths:

Defeat all three bosses (including the Ring of Law), and spawn a ghostly lizard on the Dark Iron Highway (path to Bael'Gar) to summon the [Frenzied Ancient].

Once you have collected all three Wilderness Offerings, return to the [Shadowfang Messenger] to receive your rune.

WoW SoD Phase 3 Druid Runes - Engrave Helm - Gale Winds

Rune Effect: Increases the damage done by your Hurricane by 100%, it no longer has a cooldown, and its mana cost is reduced by 60%.

Rune Location: Druids should kill [Namida Grimtotem] at the top of the Grimtotem Compound in Feralas (coordinates 67, 38) to obtain this rune.

WoW SoD Phase 3 Druid Runes - Engrave Helm - Gore

Rune Effect: Striking a target with Lacerate, Swipe, or Maul has a 15% chance to reset the cooldown on Mangle (Bear) and grant 10 Rage. Striking a target with Mangle (Cat) or Shred has a 15% chance to reset the cooldown on Tiger's Fury.

Rune Location: This rune requires a Friendly reputation with the Emerald Warders and costs 1 gold and 60 silver to purchase.

WoW SoD Phase 3 Druid Runes - Engrave Helm - Improved Barkskin

Rune Effect: Your Barkskin can now be cast on allies, no longer penalizes melee combat speed or spellcasting time, and can be cast while shapeshifted.

Rune Location: First, you need to kill Bramble Dew Collectors outside of Gadgetzan in Tanaris until they drop the Figurine of the Frenzied Strider. Once you obtain the Figurine of the Frenzied Strider, right-click it to equip it. Then, under the effect of Barkskin, kill five enemies that take nature damage (they cannot be gray-named). Druids can use the Figurine of the Frenzied Strider again to obtain this rune.
