  • Partial delivery of the order, with the remaining portion unable to be fulfilled.

  • Abnormalities or delays caused by service-side operational errors.

  • The transaction is identified as high-risk (e.g., payment information does not match user identity), and MMOJUGG proactively cancels the order and issues a refund.

3. Refund Method and Timeline

  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment account.

  • PayPal refunds usually arrive within 24 hours; other methods may vary depending on the bank or payment channel.

4. Refund Restrictions and Notes

  • Orders that have been fully delivered are not eligible for refunds unless there is a service-related issue.

  • If incorrect information provided by the user causes order delays, we will contact the customer via email to assist with corrections, but this does not qualify for a refund.

  • If the user cancels the order due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), MMOJUGG will not issue a refund unless the order has not yet been processed.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of payment; late requests will not be accepted.

  • Due to the nature of virtual goods, once delivered, they cannot be returned or revoked. Refunds are processed based on delivery status and service-side conditions, without requiring product return.

5. Exceptional Situations and Contingency

  • If the product is out of stock and cannot be delivered on time, we will offer a waiting option or an immediate refund.

  • For other special cases (e.g., payment anomalies, system failures), please contact customer support promptly. We will handle the situation appropriately based on the specific circumstances.
