Blizzard Confirms: MC is a 20-Player Raid

The first week of Molten Core has concluded, and players discovered they could bring more than 20 players into the raid. However, this was not Blizzard's intention. A hotfix has been applied, limiting the raid to 20 players maximum.

WoW Classic originally featured 40-player raids, but the Season of Discovery was designed for 20 players. Despite player feedback favoring larger groups, Molten Core remains strictly a 20-player raid, unlike other raids such as Azuregos, Lord Kazzak, and Onyxia's Lair, which allow up to 40 players. The possibility of a flexible raid size for Molten Core remains uncertain.

Hunters dominate the top three, with two spots, marking a significant improvement from Phase 3. Previously, melee hunters struggled post-Phase 2, but this rise signals a comeback. More casters appear in the top ten compared to Phase 3, though still trailing the top three. It's important to note that early raid data primarily reflects gear collection, and rankings may stabilize by the third week.
