(Update 3 Dec 2025)
As of 6:00 PM on December 2nd, the total queue count across the three major PvP servers has exceeded 10,000 players. These extreme queue times are severely impacting the player experience.

Queue Snapshot
Status | Queue Position | Estimated Wait Time |
|---|---|---|
Chrono III is Full | 4,793 | 242 minutes |
Chrono II is Full | 4,239 | 201 minutes |
Chrono IV is Full | 2,031 | 61 minutes |
Although Netease Leihuo has opened two new servers, many players are reluctant to start leveling on the new realms because they are already deeply rooted in the older ones (established guilds, friends, accumulated progress).
The Chrono Realm's total 24-hour active players hover steadily around 800,000, mirroring last week's figures without major fluctuations. However, the landscape has flipped dramatically. Chrono IV has surged to claim the top spot with 186,900 players, edging out Chrono III at 180,700. The once-favored Chrono II lags at 181,000, signaling potential instability if trends persist.
Newer servers paint a stark contrast: Chrono VI maintains a healthy 84,700 actives, offering vibrant activity without the hassle. Chrono V, however, struggles at under 23,000, risking a deserted feel that could deter groups and events.

Data as of December 2, 2025, 00:25:20 server time.
Quick note on the BigFoot (大脚) data: While it's not official Blizzard data, BigFoot is the most dominant addon suite in the Chinese WoW community. Its usage statistics are widely considered the standard community reference metric for population and class representation on the CN server. It's the highest quality proxy data available for understanding the local Chinese WoW meta!
Peak-hour queues are intensifying on popular servers, turning logins into endurance tests. Chrono II faces 300+ minutes, Chrono III hits 360+ minutes, and Chrono IV clocks 200+ minutes. Meanwhile, Chrono V and VI remain queue-free, with Chrono VI seeing a solid influx of 22,902 new players and Chrono V adding 4,850+.
For a lively server minus the wait, Chrono VI stands out—perfect for PvP skirmishes and dungeon runs that fill up fast.
Faction balances vary widely, with Chrono II heavily Horde-skewed at 68.8%. Max-level characters dominate progression servers, fueling raid readiness.
Chrono VI's near-even split (49.3% Alliance, 50.7% Horde) supports balanced group finding, ideal for newcomers balancing popularity and accessibility.
Class distributions reveal extremes: Paladins lead at nearly 59,000 max-level, followed by Mages at 45,000. Death Knights and Druids round out the top four, while Rogues and Warriors trail far behind. (5.9W means 59K)

This imbalance hits raid rosters hard, especially in Molten Core (MC). Paladins and Mages flood the market, creating fierce competition—even with standard comps of 3 tanks, 5 healers, 1 Ret Paladin, and 3 Mages per raid, supply outstrips demand for over 13,000 groups.
Class | Max-Level Count | Raid Demand | |
|---|---|---|---|
Paladin | ~59,000 | Oversupplied; intense job comp | |
Mage | ~45,000 | Oversupplied; gear auctions soar | |
DK | High | Solid but competitive | |
Druid | High | Balanced utility | |
Shaman | ~15,000 | Undersupplied; instant raid spots | |
Rogue | Low | Niche roles, easier entry | |
Warrior | Lowest | Rare, but tanks always needed |
Shamans, critically short at 15,000, are raid darlings. Any spec—Restoration, Enhancement, or Elemental—secures a spot, as leaders scramble for buffs. Full teams pamper you to fill slots, covering barely a third of potential rosters.

With triple XP winding down in three days (full level by the 10th nets 20 extra Embers), it's prime time for working players to level fast on lower-queue servers.
Population + No Queue: Chrono VI—busy enough for fun, smooth enough for progress.
Quick Gear Grind: Shaman for effortless MC invites.
Avoid Oversaturation: Skip Paladin/Mage unless you have a static group; expect unemployment waves.
Chrono V offers solitude if you crave a quieter grind, but brace for sparse raids.
Chrono IV leads with 186,900 24-hour actives, followed closely by Chrono III at 180,700.
Yes, Chrono II, III, and IV see 200-360+ minute peaks; Chrono V and VI are currently queue-free.
Shaman is hottest due to shortages—easy invites regardless of spec for buffs.
Mostly even (47-52% splits), except Chrono II (31% Alliance, 69% Horde-dominant).
Three days left; level 60 by Dec 10 for 20 bonus Embers to boost early progression.
