1. Are these servers really official?

Yes, 100% operated by NetEase under direct license from Blizzard. Not private servers.

Phase 1 (Karazhan, Gruul's Lair, Magtheridon's Lair) unlocks on December 4, 2025 at 18:00 China time.

3. Can overseas players join?
