Following Monday, the Darkmoon Faire comes to Thunder Bluff in the
WoW Season of Discovery, bringing welfare exclusively for Horde players. The two most attractive offerings at the Darkmoon Faire are the Darkmoon Storage Box and the Darkmoon Faire BUFF.
I. Darkmoon 14-Slot Bag
The Darkmoon Storage Box is obtained by exchanging 50 Darkmoon Faire Prize Tickets. Players can obtain Prize Tickets by turning in various materials. Here are the materials available for the Phase 1 quests in the
WoW Season of Discovery:
-Exchange 3 Embossed Leather Boots for 1 Darkmoon Faire Prize Ticket.
-Exchange 3 Toughened Leather Armor for 4 Darkmoon Faire Prize Tickets.
-Exchange 7 Whirring Bronze Gizmos for 4 Darkmoon Faire Prize Tickets.
-Exchange 5 Copper Modulators for 1 Darkmoon Faire Prize Ticket.
-Exchange 10 Coarse Weightstones for 1 Darkmoon Faire Prize Ticket.
-Exchange 7 Heavy Grinding Stones for 4 Darkmoon Faire Prize Tickets.
Monster materials:
-Exchange 5 Small Furry Paws for 1 Darkmoon Faire Prize Ticket.
-Exchange 5 Torn Bear Pelts for 4 Darkmoon Faire Prize Tickets.
II. Darkmoon Faire BUFF
The Darkmoon Faire BUFF is obtained by speaking to NPC Sayge. Sayge will ask two questions in total, and the BUFF provided depends on the chosen answer options:
-10% Agility Answer Option 1: 3 - 3
-10% Intellect Answer Option 1: 2 - 2 Answer Option 2: 4 - 1
-10% Spirit Answer Option 1: 2 - 1 Answer Option 2: 4 - 2
-10% Stamina Answer Option 1: 3 - 1
-10% Strength Answer Option 1: 3 - 2
-10% Armor Answer Option 1: 1 - 3 Answer Option 2: 4 - 3
-25 All Resistances Answer Option 1: 1 - 2 Answer Option 2: 2 - 3
-10% Damage Answer Option 1: 1 - 1
All BUFFs last for 2 hours and disappear upon death. There is no limit to how many times you can obtain BUFFs from the Darkmoon Faire within the week, but there is a 4-hour cooldown for obtaining them (only counting online time). Before raiding, don't forget to get BUFFs combined with the Darkmoon Abyss BUFFs available in Thunder Bluff to enhance your performance.
