New Seasonal Trial - Winter Rune Forge
Gather up to 10 max-level players for a chilling gauntlet of increasingly challenging foes. This Seasonal Trial demands teamwork to solve Rune puzzles, defeat an Icey Construct, and conquer an Ancient Ice Guardian for unique rewards.This appears to be a new 10-player Raid, offering some new loot and bosses. The main mechanic involves puzzle-solving. Let's hope for some surprises!
New Artifacts - Hatchet, Spear, Great Axe, Medium Chestwear, Heavy Glove, Heavy Legwear, Light Footwear, Amulet
Acquire 8 new Artifacts that excel through unique playstyles. Here are some key traits:Sin - Hatchet - Extends debuff duration and provides a total 10% DPS boost. - Corruption: Debuffs last 25% longer. (Works on both weapons) - Defile: Deals 2% more damage per debuff on target. (5 stacks max)Venom - Spear - Bestows poison effects to ranged and fast weapons when equipped. - Poison Tipped: Heavy attacks with either weapon cause poison dealing 20% weapon damage for 5s. Tempest Fury - Great Axe - Significantly boosts movement speed by 30% for Great Axe players. - Momentum: Successful attacks gain 3% movement speed for 3s. Cooking and Other Trade Skill Changes - revamped Cooking progression, Legendary Fish recipe tweaks, the removal of split attribute food, etc.
A major adjustment has been made to Cooking, which is unlike anything before. We'll have to wait until the season starts to know the specifics. Trade Skills have always been an integral part of New World, and we hope this season will bring refreshing changes.

This new system is natively compiled and dynamically loaded by New World to provide excellent performance and live script updates. It can trigger events (spawn enemies, play sounds, etc.), respond to events (enemy deaths, player entries, etc.), play animations, control movement, and more.New World's game graphics, animations, combat fluidity, and precision have always been top-notch in the MMO gaming world. Controller support has been a topic of discussion since New World's release. Compared to the traditional keyboard and mouse gaming method, most traditional gamers prefer controllers for more precise and convenient character control, providing a better gaming experience.Aim Assist: Helps with aiming ranged attacks. (Controller only, AI only) - Controller players have a high demand for Aim Assist in fast-paced games.Target Friction: Slower reticle speed on roll over of a valid target (Controller only) - Reduces the issue of oversensitive controller direction leading to missing targets.Enemy Target Lock: Allows you to lock the camera onto an enemy (AI only). Move the right stick to swap between multiple targets. (Works on both controller and mouse & keyboard with middle mouse button and mouse wheel up/down) - Quick target switching reminds me of the gaming experience in God of War.Freeform Movement: Allows running in all directions, including towards the camera. Based on the description, it seems to be a puzzle-solving and collection event. Let's hope for some surprises!
