They have begun to delve into Gnomeregan and prepare for phase 2. Among them, many people believe that
New Gnomeregan as the final raid of Phase 2 is not very logical, and they have cited some points to illustrate:
-Gnomeregan should be more of an upgraded 5-player dungeon.
-The level of Gnomeregan does not match well with the level cap of 40 in Phase 2.
-It is ultimately located in Alliance territory (although the Horde will have a teleportation route).
-At BlizzCon, there were images of other raids shown.
-Having only one raid in wow sod phase 1 is reasonable. However, if there is still only one raid in Phase 2,it -would be a mistake for Phase 2, leading to insufficient content and quickly entering a boring stage.
On the other hand, it has also been suggested that Scarlet Monastery would be more suitable as a raid or, in other words, alongside Gnomeregan as two new raids for Phase 2. The reasons are as follows:
-Scarlet Monastery is an iconic dungeon with rich legends and history.
-If Blizzard does not utilize it to revamp SOD, they will miss a chance.
-If it were a supplementary raid, it would be located in Horde territory, which would complement Gnomeregan in Alliance territory.
-The level of Scarlet Monastery perfectly matches the level cap of 40 in Phase 2.
-Images of Scarlet Monastery have also appeared at BlizzCon exhibitions.
