The Standard ladder showcases the fastest levelers in a trade-enabled environment. Here are the top 10 players:

Hardcore mode tests survival skills. Here are the top 10 players:

Deadeye and Amazon tie for the lead at level 97, with Ben_#4007, EnvyHope#6002, and iopop#5825 excelling in Hardcore.

Lich and Deadeye at ranks 4 and 9 face deaths—rest in peace to the dead—highlighting the mode's risks.

SSF players rely on self-found gear. Here are the top 5:

HC SSF combines the toughest challenges. Here are the top 5:

Smith of Kitava and Titan at ranks 3 and 4 hit level 96, with a death at rank 4—rest in peace to the dead.

GGG has released patch 0.2.0f, introducing the highly anticipated Ascendancy respec feature. Players can now respec their Ascendancy class by redoing a Trial that matches their current point total, with zero points allocated, and can refund points via Balbala or the Trialmaster. Trials of Chaos for 4 and 6 points are now accessible at levels 55 and 65, down from 60 and 75, making the process more approachable. The patch also revamps the charm system—belts now roll implicit charm slots (1-2 at level 30+, 1-3 at level 60+), with boosted prefix values for life, mana, and guard restoration. Charms now refill faster with halved charges, and the Stone Charm duration increased to 3 seconds. Atlas bookmarks allow up to 16 labeled nodes for easier navigation, and new stash tab affinities cover socketables, fragments, Breach, Expedition, and Ritual items. Endgame maps see improvements, with Tower and Hideout maps gaining more rares and guaranteed map drops, while crafting changes remove lower-tier runes at higher levels. Totems gain elemental and chaos resistance scaling, and light stun mechanics are adjusted to reduce frustration.  

Following the patch, GGG rolled out three hotfixes: the first fixed a black screen issue for AMD GPU users and an Atlas map objective display bug; Hotfix 2 corrected a light stun chance increase and added a Trialmaster NPC for refunds post-boss fight; Hotfix 3 reverted rendering updates causing black screens. On Reddit, players welcomed the Ascendancy respec, with one user noting, “Finally, I can experiment with Ascendancies without starting over!” The charm changes also sparked interest, with an X post stating, “Charm slots on belts are a game-changer—time to hunt for a good one!” The ladders show top players thriving, with Amazon and Deadeye leading across modes, adapting to the new patch.
