The Standard ladder showcases the fastest levelers in a trade-enabled environment. Here are the top 10 players:

Deadeye holds the lead at level 99 with liuxin007#2266, its precision dominating Standard.  

Amazon takes six spots in the top 10, with five at level 98, showcasing its strength in the trade environment.  

Gemling Legionnaire, Lich, and Ritualist hit level 98 and 97, reflecting a diverse meta at the top.

Hardcore mode tests survival skills. Here are the top 10 players:

Deadeye and Amazon tie for the lead at level 97, with Ben_#4007 and iopop#5825 excelling in Hardcore.  

Invoker takes three spots at level 95, showing its rising popularity in this mode.  

Lich and Smith of Kitava hold steady, with two and one spot respectively, proving their durability.

SSF players rely on self-found gear. Here are the top 5:

Ritualist and Smith of Kitava tie for the lead at level 97, dominating SSF with their self-sustaining builds.  

Amazon at rank 3 hits level 96, showing its potential without trade support.  

Smith of Kitava takes three spots, its crafting synergy thriving in this mode.

HC SSF combines the toughest challenges. Here are the top 5:

Amazon, Deadeye, Smith of Kitava, and Titan tie for the lead at level 96, showcasing a balanced meta in HC SSF.  

Witchhunter at rank 5 drops to level 95 but remains competitive in this brutal mode.  

The absence of deaths in the top 5 reflects careful play at the highest ranks.

GGG has been active following the 0.2.0e patch release, rolling out four hotfixes to address various issues. The first fixed a bug where the Queen of Filth was missing in the Apex of Filth, ensuring players can progress. Hotfix 2 corrected an issue where Vines, like those used by Brambleghast, could be bound as spectres, preventing unintended mechanics. Hotfix 3 improved endgame map flow—dying after defeating a boss no longer resets the area, instead respawning players at the previous checkpoint within the same map. Hotfix 4 capped Volatility stacks at 200 (additive with the Controlled Chaos notable) to curb infinite stacking exploits, with a more permanent fix planned, and fixed a bug where ongoing life-per-second costs ignored the Lich's Eternal Life notable.  

Additionally, GGG's Jonathan Rogers joined a Dropped Frames interview (Episode 425), discussing Path of Exile 2's Early Access journey. He addressed the Huntress class backlash, noting its parry mechanic felt alien to players, and introduced the Call the Weak skill to improve build diversity. Rogers emphasized GGG's commitment to addressing feedback without using Early Access as an excuse, highlighting fixes like monster speed adjustments and plans to make the Wisp mechanic more rewarding in patch 0.3. He also tackled campaign repetition concerns, aiming to make it inherently fun through better rewards and variety, and discussed balancing for both new and veteran players with optional features like build imports.
