Fox Talismans drop from monsters haunted by the Cunning Fox, a Sacred Azmerian Spirit introduced in Patch 0.2.0: Dawn of the Hunt. These encounters appear during Campaign and Endgame content. You can also obtain Fox Talismans via the Currency Exchange NPC.

Can Fox Talisman be removed after socketing?

No. Once socketed into a weapon or armour, Fox Talismans become permanently bound. You can overwrite them with another socketable item, but the original talisman will be destroyed.

Does Fox Talisman affect all skills or only socketed gems?

The +2% to Quality of all Skills applies globally to all active skills while equipped in body armour—even those already at 20% quality. This bonus stacks additively and benefits any skill affected by quality modifiers.
