Nightfall Scenario: Fight Alongside Flame's Radiance

Patch 11.1.5 kicks off with the Nightfall Scenario, a public event set in Hallowfall where you join the new Flame's Radiance faction to fend off Sureki loyalists after Queen Ansurek's defeat. Led by veterans Thaed Pyremaker and Mylton Wyldbraun, this volunteer militia needs you to defend Hallowfall's eastern shores and launch daily incursions into Sureki territory.
Gameplay:
Hourly Scenarios: Team up in the Nightfall public scenario to clear battlegrounds and push back Sureki forces, similar to Dragonflight's Time Rifts but with an Arathi twist.
Daily Quests: Fight incursions in Hallowfall or Azj-Kahet to earn equipment crystals, valour stones, weathered crests and reputation points.
Renown Track: Flame's Radiance provides 10 levels of fame, unlocking titles (e.g. Stalwart, Holy Templar), upgradeable tabards, and a scaling Sacred Flames Ward buff for Hallowfall and Azj-Kahet.
Rewards:
Each scenario completion drops level 632 Veteran gear, perfect for alts.
Weekly quests reward a tradeable Radiant Emblem of Service, exchangeable for item level 636 Champion gear (your choice of slot).
Transmogs include a purple Hallowfall set and a classic Argent-style black-and-white set with Arathi Flame or Order of the Knights' Void Worship bonuses.
Rare drops feature the Void-Scarred Lynx mount and a new Delver's Dirigible color variant.
Why It Rocks: The Nightfall scenario nails the Arathi fantasy with epic battle cries and boss encounters. While not a game-changer for Mythic+ raiders, its immersive theme and alt-friendly gear make it a blast for casual and story-driven players.

Winds of Mysterious Fortune

Level Up Quickly The Winds of Mysterious Fortune event runs from 22nd April to 20th May 2025, giving characters level 10-79 a massive leveling and reputation boost, ideal for preparing alts for The War Within Season 2.
Buffs:
20% XP Boost: Applies to quests, dungeons and outdoor content for levels 10-79.
Renown Boosts:
Dragonflight factions (e.g. Dragonscale Expedition, Valdrakken Accord) gain +200% reputation.
Select The War Within factions (e.g. Council of Dornogal, Hallowfall Arathi) gain +100% reputation.
Undermine factions (e.g. Trade Commission) are excluded.
Mysterious Satchels: Looted from mobs or earned as quest bonuses, these contain stat boosts, visual effects, level-appropriate equipment and 2 hour 10% XP potions (stacking up to 30% with the event buff or 40% with Darkmoon Faire).
Tips:
Focus on side quests for a flood of XP potions and fame.
Maxed-out renown factions reward Paragon bags, convertible to crests for alt gear crafting.
Save warband-bound XP potions for Timewalking weeks to speed up dungeon leveling.
Stat/elemental potion effects don't work in Mythic+, raids, or rated PvP.
Why it matters: This event cuts down on the grind for alts, allowing you to hit level 80 and gear up quickly with Nightfall rewards and crafted items. Max out your reputation early to flood your warband with emblems for Season 2.

Cooldown Manager

Streamline Your Combat Patch 11.1.5 introduces Cooldown Manager, a native UI tool for tracking key buffs and cooldowns without the need for add-ons like WeakAuras.
Features:
Automatically displays cooldowns in the centre of the screen with a countdown timer tailored to your preferences.
Customizable via Game Menu (Esc) > Options > Advanced Options to enable, then Edit Mode > Advanced Options to tweak Utility Cooldowns, Essential Cooldowns, Tracked Buffs, and Tracked Bars.
No need to reposition action bars for visibility.
Player Feedback:
Pros: A godsend for addon-free players, simplifying combat tracking.
Cons: Lacks a centred display option and has spotty coverage for some spec buffs.
Blizzard plans iterative improvements in future patches, including personal cooldown toggles.
Pro Tip: Enable it for a cleaner UI, but use add-ons for complex specs until Blizzard refines it. Stay tuned to MMOJUGG for our post-launch guide to addon-free setups!

Additional Updates and Notes

Small Changes:
Goblin Rep Boost: Bilgewater, Blackwater, Steamwheedle and Venture Company rep gains have been doubled, speeding up car colours, transmogs and toy unlocks.
Warband Shared: Shadowlands rep (e.g. The Ascended, The Wild Hunt) and BFA/Shadowlands currencies (e.g. Stygia) are now warband-wide, making alt rewards more accessible.
Trading Post Upgrade: A shopping cart allows for bulk purchases.
Accessibility: Customisable item rarity colours for colour-blind players; new warband campsite filter for collected items.
Class Visuals: Arms Warrior's Warbreaker gets a beefy slam effect; a data-mined Marksmanship Hunter glyph (Stricks) can turn the Spotting Eagle into an owl (possibly in 11.1.7).
What's Missing:
Dinars: The expected catch-up currency for raid gear isn't in 11.1.5, despite Blizzard's promises. A forum post promises more details after launch.
Class Changes: No balance tweaks, likely reserved for 11.1.7, which may hit PTR soon after 11.1.5.
Blizzard is addressing Cooldown Manager feedback, with a “Show Personal Cooldowns” checkbox added in hotfixes.
