Starting tomorrow, War-Torn Crates will be available in Booty Bay. These crates are the key to crafting tier sets, and require 108 War-Torn Scraps per set. If you've collected Tainted Mind Reels from previous phases, turning them into Kazan Curiosities and then opening War-Torn Boxes is a gold mine. As well as scraps, this method offers other valuable materials from the same loot table as the current Supply Boxes.
2. New consumable farming
Phase 7 introduces improved consumables such as Mongoose Elixir, which now provides higher stats with new materials such as Mountain Silversage and Karaji Stalker Venom. These can be farmed in areas such as Silithus. Alchemy stands out as the key profession for crafting these in-demand items, especially the Mildly Irradiated Rejuvenation Potion, the only combat potion currently in the game.
3. Passive income from Mooncloth and Rugged Leather
For those with multiple characters, passive income from Mooncloth and Rugged Leather is still lucrative. Tailoring and Leatherworking can produce these materials every few days, which are essential for crafting and in high demand, especially with the introduction of new tier sets.
4. Contributions to the War Effort
Runecloth Bandages and Rugged Leather are essential War Effort materials. These can be farmed or purchased and then traded for combinations that result in valuable world buffs. This not only helps your guild, but can also be a significant source of gold from trading or selling these materials.
5. Insiginia and Crusade Farming
Farming materials such as Bone Fragments and Dark Iron Scrap for Insignias of the Dawn or Crusade provides access to high quality bags and other rewards. These materials are relatively easy to farm and in high demand, providing a steady stream of income.
6. Daily quests for quick gold
If you're short on gold, the daily quests during the Eruption event in Phase 4 are still a quick way to earn around 50 gold in just 10-15 minutes. This method is perfect for those without high-level professions or who prefer less complex farming.
