PoE 2 White Monk Leveling Guide

In Path of Exile 2, Martial Monks can choose between the White Monk and Black Monk schools for their opening, but the White Monk is the better choice due to its higher starting power. You start with a normal weapon, which you use in conjunction with Strike of the Thin Staff, and supplement it with Rhythm of Martial Arts and Primal Armor to increase your attack speed and defence. Level 14 access to Ice Strike: Finding or purchasing an Ice Damage weapon is a priority before this point, as Ice Damage is crucial for controlling minibosses and elites, and can be purchased from the Auction House or the Marketplace.

In Path of Exile 2, the best way to start a Martial Arts Monk is with a White Monk. 

Arrive at the Hunting Grounds: Go to the Freythorne Hunting Grounds at around level 10 and get 30 Essence . Priority 'Herald of Ice', do not upgrade the Frost Bolt, second choice 'Lightning Bolt', double bolt a direct second kill!

Finding Spirit Equipment: You need to find or buy clothing that increases your Spirit by 30.

Sublimation Choice: If you can't find the right clothing, choose the option to increase Dodge or Energy Shield at the first sublimation point to collect 30 Souls to open the Lightning Bolt.

The way you use your Talent Tree is very important to your Monk's ability to start the game. The following is a suggestion for a smooth and trouble-free start:

Initially:Start by tapping Critical Strike to increase damage and Restore Health on Kill to balance survival and output. Next, tap movement speed and extra blast damage.

Middle: Follow the Path of Wisdom to gain Storm Essence and Blinding Strike to increase the effectiveness of your attacks. Follow this with Attack Speed and Killer Instinct to increase your attack speed and damage.

Late game: Buy Jade Jewellery: In the later stages of the talent tree, purchase a Jade Jewellery, which adds a layer of Rage to your melee attacks. This jewel will significantly increase your damage, especially when using melee skills, making your attacks more deadly.Tap Resonance to convert Rage Balls into Blast Balls, greatly increasing the effectiveness of your blasts.

Adjust your talent points as needed to further increase your Blast, Damage Gain or Defence.

Skill Links have a huge impact on a Martial Monk's power and survivability, so remember to upgrade them in time:

Ice Strike: Crescendo, Primal Armament, Ice Bite

Lightning Bolt:  Cold Infusion, Quick Freeze, Shock Siphon

Battle Rage: Full

Charged Staff:  Conduction,Coursing Current,Hyper

Storm Bell:Excess, Heavy swings

Weapons: Firstly, look for or buy weapons with icy damage. Once you reach around level 20, continue to look for weapons that increase physical damage and attack speed.

Other gear: Shoes give you speed, other gear gives you resistance. If you have extra money to spend, choose gear that increases your skill or lightning.

Level Requirements: Consider turning First Blood at least at level 80 to ensure you have enough talent points and gear.

Essence Requirements: Make sure you have 200 Essence to enable skills such as Cold Eyes and Dance of Ghosts.

Gear Adjustment: Make sure you have enough life and defence words before turning First Blood to avoid being overly
