New World Aeternum Level PvP Tracks Get Azoth Salt

by        Game: New World Aeternum Guide        Tags: New World Aeternum PVP

Hey, Exiles of Aeternum! If you're chasing those sweet PvP Track artifacts in New World: Aeternum - like the Cowl of Power or Grace - you'll need heaps of PvP XP and Azoth Salt to unlock them. Season 7's rolling (January 21, 2025), and artifacts are game-changers for builds, even if you're not a PvP diehard. I've tested every method out there, crunched the numbers and narrowed it down to the three fastest ways to level your PvP Tracks (Warrior, Mage, Rogue, Healer - 50 levels each) and stack the salt. We have options for PvP lovers and PvE folk alike - let's grind smart and reap the rewards!

Why PvP Tracks Matter

PvP XP levels your track—hit checkpoints (2,000/5,000/10,000 XP) to pick rewards. Azoth Salt's the currency to buy 'em—artifacts (30,000+ Salt), gear, or consumables. Not tradeable, only from PvP. Let's max it out fast!

The 3 Fastest Methods: XP & Salt Galore

1. 3v3 Arenas - The Speed King

How it works: Queue via Activity Finder (F10) - win (2,500 PvP XP, 1,350 Azoth Salt) or lose (500 PvP XP, 350 Salt). Bonus cache (usually junk).
Tested numbers: Solo queued 5 matches - fastest 3:40, longest 8:40, average 5:40. That's ~11 matches/hour.
Hourly Haul (50% Win Rate): 5.5 wins (13,750 XP, 7,425 salt), 5.5 losses (2,750 XP, 1,925 salt) = 16,500 PvP XP, 9,350 Azoth salt.
Pros: Top XP/Salt per hour - 8 track levels solo! Scales up with a good team (70%+ win rate = 20,000+ XP).
Cons: PvP-heavy - skill and luck matter.
Tips:
Solo? Queue peak hours (evenings)—better matchmaking.
Group? Stack AOE (Fire Staff)—faster wins.
Boosts: Double XP tokens (Season Pass freebies)-33,000 XP/hour possible!

2. Great Rift PvP Missions - The PvE Dream

How it works: Grab 3 missions in Great Cleave (Faction NPC) - 1,050 PvP XP, 600 Salt, 20 Gold per set. Same trio, narrow area.
Tested numbers: 4:20 per set - 14 sets/hour. That's 14,700 PvP experience, 8,400 Azoth salt, 280 gold.
Mission breakdown:
Hold Zone: Stay 90 seconds - hold while you do others.
Delivery: Grab a crate (east camp), drop it off (varies by faction - still close).
Loot Chests: 5 chests (north camp) - no cooldown between runs.
Routine: Pick up crate, loot chests, drop it off - hold timer ends mid-run. Turn in, repeat.
Pros: Near 3v3 XP/Salt, no PvP needed—7+ track levels/hour. Brain-dead with a podcast!
Cons: Glitch—first pickup might show 2 quests. Wait 5 minutes for the third or do 2 and reset.
Tips:
Escape kit: Rapier (Fleche), Great Axe (Gravity Well), Quick Mount Strap (Mount quest reward) - 95% escape rate from gankers.
Bonus: Gather Lodestone, Gold Ore, Wyrdwood (50-100 gold/stack) - Skill crates increase profit.

3. Outpost Rush (OPR) - The Reward Pool

How it works: Queue (F10)—score-based tiers:
Win: <501 points (0 XP/salt), 501+ (1,500 XP, 1,800 salt), 3,000+ (2,500 XP, 2,000 salt, 16 dark matter chance).
Loss: <501 (0), 501+ (500 XP, 0 Salt), 3,000+ (2,000 XP, 1,000 Salt, 4 Dark Matter chance).
Plus: Faction tokens, gold, Azoth, caches.
Tested numbers: Fastest 8:56 (steamroll), longest 31:42, average 21:00-3 games/hour. At 3,000+ points (easy), 50% win rate: 6,750 PvP XP, 4,500 Azoth Salt, 3,270 tokens, 637.5 Azoth, 945 gold, up to 27 Dark Matter.
Pros: Fun mode, huge reward spread - caches can drop equipment (salvage for Dark Matter).
Cons: Slower - 3-4 track levels/hour. Longer games, less salt.
Tips:
Reach 3,000 points - build (500 points), kill (100 each), cap (1,000) - check leaderboards (N key).
PvE route: See my OPR PvE guide (online)-fortify, avoid fights, still score big.
Group: Organized company = 70% wins, 8,000+ XP/hour.

Bonus methods: Mix It Up

AFK Faction Points: Sit at control points (15 mins)—1,100 XP, 300 Salt per cap. 3/hour (lucky, no kills) = 3,300 XP, 900 Salt. Dips after 10/day—chill AFK option.
Influence races: Tag enemies in conflict zones (map: Ongoing Race)-1,000 XP, 500 Salt, 5,000 tokens per. 3/day = 3,000 XP, 1,500 salt, 15,000 tokens. Quick hit-and-run!
Open World Flagging: +Salt per 10,000 character XP (e.g. Gathering) - run when attacked. Random bonus!

The numbers: Pick your grind

3v3 Arenas: 16,500 XP, 9,350 salt/hour - 8 levels, top salt (better if you win!)
Great Cleave Missions: 14,700 XP, 8,400 salt, 280 gold/hour-7+ levels, PvE king.
Outpost Rush: 6,750 XP, 4,500 salt, extras/hour-3-4 levels, varied rewards.
AFK points: 3,300 XP, 900 salt/hour-1-2 levels, lazy mode.
Influence races: 3,000 XP, 1,500 salt/day-1 level, easy to add.

Tips to Max Efficiency

Boosts: Double XP tokens (free Season Pass)-33,000 XP/hour in 3v3! All Together Now (Music 25, +10% in party)-stack it.
Gear: 625 GS+-Survive PvP. Respec Attributes (Dex for Bow)-faster kills.
Time: 50 levels = 500,000 XP-30-50 hours on 3v3/missions, 70+ on OPR. Salt caps at 100K - spend wisely!
