New World Aeternum Daily Checklist 2024

by        Game: New World Aeternum Guide

New World has evolved into a content-rich MMORPG, offering players numerous daily and weekly tasks to complete in the vast world of Aeternum. It can be overwhelming for many players to track all these activities, especially when some of them have cooldowns or provide significant rewards for efficient completion. This guide serves as a comprehensive checklist of daily and weekly tasks you should focus on in New World, ensuring you maximize your rewards and stay on top of your progression. Here's a detailed breakdown of what you should be doing each day in Aeternum.

Since the initial release of New World in 2021, MMOJUGG has provided New World Coins to thousands of players. We offer the best prices online and the fastest delivery speeds. Feel confident placing your order!

1. Daily Elite Chest Runs

Elite Chest Runs are an essential part of the daily routine in New World. These chests are scattered throughout the elite zones in Aeternum, and they come with a 24-hour cooldown, meaning you can only loot them once a day. These runs are usually done in large groups, so keep an eye out in the recruitment chat for abbreviations like “X CK” (Cutlass Keys), “X Brimstone” (Brimstone Sands), or “X MC” (Merc Guard), as these are common elite zones for daily chest runs.

One of the most valuable areas for elite chest runs offers high-level loot and is also the best source for Mystic Doubloon, which is crucial for crafting and upgrading gear. Prioritize Cutlass Keys for its high yield of Mystic Doubloons, and if you have extra time, consider also running through Brimstone Sands, Ebonscale Reach, and Merc Guard for additional loot and resources.

2. Daily Crafting Cooldowns

Once you hit the maximum level of 250 in a trade skill, you can unlock the Prismatic quality of materials, allowing you to craft advanced items. Each day, you can craft 10 prismatic items, like Prismatic Leather or Runic Leather, with a daily cooldown of 10 per item. Make sure to use your yield-specific gear while crafting to maximize your bonus outputs.

3. The Well of Fortune and Glittering Gold Key

Back in Cutlass Keys, head to the Well of Fortune in the main town each day. Here, you can purchase the Glittering Gold Key, which has a weekly cooldown but is essential for unlocking Locked Doubloon Caches. Opening these caches grants you 500 doubloons, an easy way to gather currency for upgrades.
In addition to the Glittering Gold Key, make sure to purchase three Cursed Epic Crates daily. These crates have a chance to drop 725 Gear Score items, as well as other valuable crafting materials and resources. Even though it's a gamble, the rewards can be worth the investment.

4. Daily Faction Quests

Completing faction quests at least three times a day is crucial for two reasons: you gain a significant bonus to faction tokens and reputation. This helps you rank up quickly in your faction and acquire faction-specific rewards, including gypsum orbs, chromatic seals, and Runes of Holding, which are essential for crafting high-quality bags.

5. Gypsum Orbs and Gypsum Kiln

Gypsum orbs are another crucial resource for upgrading gear in New World. There are multiple ways to earn gypsum each day by completing various activities like dungeons, corrupted portals, or world events. These orbs are then used at the Gypsum Kiln to craft items or upgrade gear.
To keep up with your gear progression, prioritize collecting gypsum daily. The more varied your activities, the more types of gypsum you can gather.

6. Trading Post Check

While not a mandatory task, regularly checking your Trading Post buy orders can help you stay on top of the economy. Cancel and adjust orders that aren't fulfilling, or take advantage of good market opportunities by purchasing low-cost materials for future crafting or selling.

7. Corrupted Portals

Completing at least two major corrupted portals each day can reward you with significant loot and corrupted lodestones, which are used for upgrading heart runes. Additionally, the first two breaches you close daily award you 250 gold each, so it's a quick way to make 500 gold every day.

8. Weekly Bosses: Sandworm and Hive of the Gorgon Raid

Although not daily tasks, weekly bosses are essential for gearing up. The Sandworm offers large quantities of Dark Matter and newly buffed loot that can drop gear up to 710 Gear Score. With the recent patch, this boss has become more rewarding, and it's worth tackling it weekly for a chance at rare loot.

Similarly, the Hive of the Gorgon raid, a 10-man activity, offers weekly rewards with potential 725 Gear Score drops. There are three bosses in this raid, each with a weekly loot cooldown, so even defeating just the first boss is worth it for the rewards.

By following this daily checklist, you can ensure that you're getting the most out of your time in New World. From elite chest runs to faction quests, crafting cooldowns, and corrupted portals, these tasks are designed to keep you progressing and upgrading your gear while also earning valuable resources. Don't forget the weekly bosses for a chance at top-tier loot and stay on top of your trading post orders to maximize your gold-making potential. Happy adventuring in Aeternum!
