Visit Jonathas in Old Gridania:

Head to Old Gridania at coordinates (X:10,5,Y:6,3) and find Jonathas, the Master of the Rolls. He's your go-to NPC for trading certificates for orchestrion rolls.

Trade for the Scroll:

Speak to Jonathas and select “Show only recently added items” under the “Others” category. You'll see "Return to Oblivion (Scions & Sinners: Band)" listed at the bottom.

Add It to Your Orchestrion:
