      Objective Types

  • • Chalice: Activate the chalice and defeat all rare monsters. Clearing 50% reveals remaining targets.

    • Escape: Disable all death crystals before the timer expires. Activating crystals extends time and shows direction.

    • Ritual: Defeat ritual casters to close portals spawning reinforcements.

    • Gauntlet: Navigate trap circuits and activate colored levers to unlock the path forward.

    • Hourglass: Survive waves of monsters until the timer expires. Killing rares reduces timer.

    • Boss: Defeat the floor guardian to advance.

  • Merchant: Balbala sells Boons/relics or restores Honor for Sacred Water. Appears at end of each floor.

  • Sacred Water Fountain: Grants Sacred Water (non-tradeable trial currency).

• Honor System Honor is a core resource that determines your ability to continue progressing through the Trial. Losing all Honor results in immediate failure. Honor can be restored through Boons, Fountains, specific Relics, and leveling up during the Trial, which increases max Honor via Life and Energy Shield.

• Honor Resistance Honor Resistance reduces the amount of Honor lost when taking damage during Trials. All characters start with a base Honor Resistance of 0%, which can be increased through specific Relics and Boons. The maximum Honor Resistance cap is 75%, and cannot exceed 90% even with modifiers.

• Boss Reward Room After defeating Floor 4's boss, players enter a reward room containing Balbala as a merchant, the Ascension Shrine, and the Keth Shrine to convert leftover Sacred Water into keys. A trove of randomized caches spawn, offering gear, relics, currency, archetype weapons, and jewels. Cache quality affects both item rarity and quantity.
