    The Sim's Cutter Schematic unlocks the ability to craft a Tier 1 unique gathering tool. Originally “borrowed" from the ironworks by Sim during the collapse of Vermillius Gap, this cutteray is tuned for enhanced Granite, Copper, and Salvaged Metal yields, though it offers only basic Iron output. A miner's misfortune turned scavenger's staple—complete with a pun.

    PvE Chest – Hagga Basin

    • Found inside Keyhole Rock, located in Hagga Basin South

    • Search the third-floor storage room of the scavenger base
